
Warranty information
We warrant every watch with a 12-month warranty, which commences from the original date of purchase. If your watch stops functioning properly by no fault of your own, your watch is repaired free of charge. Please note that our warranty covers mechanical defects only.
What is not covered under my warranty?
Water damage, theft, loss, force majeure, accidents or damage caused by improper use is not included. Any modifications made to the watch, for example by the addition or substitution of components which were not provided by the manufacturer or us are excluded from warranty. We are not liable for the acts of any sub-contractors or consumers in any way. The warranty contract immediately expires when the purchaser decides to sell a watch to any third party.
What if my watch has a malfunction?
If your watch is still covered by our 12-month warranty, then you may return it to us for further inspection. Watches are repaired free of charge for all customers when the purchase is still under warranty. To start the warranty return process, you may make a request using the form form. Please do provide us with as much information as possible regarding the malfunction of your watch.
Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all online watch purchases. We commit to a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we allow customers to return their purchases without the provision of any reasons within a period of 14 days after the day of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted for watch purchased online. Purchases made by appointment or pick up are not valid for return.
Important notice
Watches that have been worn, and have suffered damage, will not be accepted for a full refund.
A pre-owned watch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sold.
Any documentation or attachments that came with the watch must be returned with the package.
Refund information
Refunds will always be issued in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
Refunds are completed once the returned items are received and inspected.
We are not be liable for any packages lost by the shipping company. We therefore recommend to return packages fully insured.
